Settling In A New Place

Back home in Australia.

Still feels surreal when I hear myself saying it.

This magical far away continent is my home now.

For anyone who is currently going through a transition, moving house, immigrating, settling in a new place – even if it’s ‘only’ a new town, a city near by or a country next door – please remember to be patient and go easy on yourself.

It apparently takes between couple of months up to two years to settle down, find friends and truly feel home in a new place.

Be gentle to yourself, remember it is OK not feeling ok.

Allow yourself to feel shifts and changes, remember that without discomfort we can never fully learn and grow.

Everything does happen for the reason and you are guided, loved and supported – even when you don’t feel it.

Love yourself.

Conquer your mountain!
